The world we are living in today is quite different from the one of decades ago when most policies have been written. Here we thus, also keep in mind the safety issues which are an essential part of the students’ life and are meant to raise them to be the best version they can be. We know that we cannot abandon schools and keep our kids safely tucked at home. Ensuring school safety we create a friendly environment for students to learn and practice different skills.

The school authorities regularly update their understanding of security and implement new policies and strategies. We have Safety & Security Committee at school which comprises of staff that take regular rounds of the campus during the working hours of the school and even after the children leave. The school has CCTV camera, Fire extinguishers in the bus and all the floors, “I Do care” Boxes for children etc. to just name a few.

Authority cards are now a mandate for every parent to carry while visiting the school premises for any reason.

Teaching and learning go hand in hand at Lexicon and this makes it necessary to have teacher training modules well-knit in the curriculum catering to the demands of the Teaching-Learning process. We believe in a learning triangle where at the apex is the Student and the other two vertices being the parent and the school. Working together hand-in-hand is how we aim to succeed.
